Hyper Recruitment Solutions is pleased to announce the agreement of a 12 month contract with idibu who will provide ad-distribution and tracking software via their Native360 plug-in to RDB ProNet. The recently launched plug-in is unique in the market, using RDB .net library files to provide full idibu functionality inside a RDB environment.

Use of this tool means Hyper can now cut out huge amount of admin time spent on posting job advertisements online to all our job boards and social network. Extra candidate management tools within the plug-in means we can track all incoming applicants as well as previewing CV’s and quickly creating candidate records.

Lord Alan Sugar and Ricky Martin are expanding their scientific recruitment company Hyper Recruitment Solution (HRS). They are looking to develop the next generation of highly specialised and professional recruitment consultants. To do so HRS are inviting recent graduates from a number of scientific disciplines to get in touch to be considered for a job in their business.

The successful applicants will be working alongside Ricky Martin who is a Biochemist / Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry / Qualified Recruiter and who has extensive experience in science recruitment. This will provide a graduate with an ideal opportunity to learn from somebody who knows this space very well. Not to mention someone who has himself been through a very extensive and thorough recruitment / interview process with Lord Sugar to secure investment to set up HRS.

HRS are not looking for generalist recruiters to work in a specialised field as they are looking to provide a truly consultative service. This is why the decision has been made to provide time, resource and expertise to invest in to bringing along highly professional and knowledgeable recruiters.

As assessment day will be held at the head office of HRS (Amshold House) where selected graduates will be asked to participate in a range of exercises to access their potential.

After becoming the winner of the Apprentice it looks like Ricky Martin himself is now looking for his own apprentices.

This is an event focused on showing people the different career options on offer regardless of what stage in your career you are at. The REC’s new Compliance Test was launched in July 2012. All new members to the REC must now pass the test to become a full member and the test will be launched for the REC’s existing members in early 2013. Ricky Martin’s company Hyper Recruitment Solutions was the first to pass the test with an impressive score of 96%. The highest score so far from any recruitment consultancy.

The Compliance Test is an online test with multiple choice questions that assesses a recruiter’s knowledge of the REC’s Code of Professional Practice and key legislation. The test must be completed within a twenty four hour period and you can stop and save your work as you go along so, that you can also attend to any other urgent business whilst you are doing the test. The test is also customised so, that you only answer questions that relate to the type of recruitment business you run eg. if you only act as a temporary recruiter you will only have to answer questions that relate to temporary recruitment. There is a range of support mechanisms in place to help members pass the test and these include workshops, a webinar and access to a “training” test before you do the actual test, which gives you both a feel for the format of the test and types of questions.

The Compliance Test is not there to catch members out but is there to assess your knowledge, help you improve your knowledge and then for the REC to provide support and guidance where it is needed. The test also shows that you are not just buying the badge by becoming an REC member but demonstrating to your clients and candidates a commitment to compliance and professional standards.
