About the REC Awards
The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the voice of the UK recruitment industry. The REC aims to promote high standards and empower recruitment companies to build a better future, and each year, they hand out awards to the companies and individuals who best embody these goals.
The REC Awards celebrate the very best in UK recruitment, showcasing the work of brilliant recruiters from across the industry. The 13th annual REC Awards were judged by a panel of 20 individuals from across different businesses, and the winners were announced during a ceremony at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel on 24th November 2022.
In all, 45 individuals and 59 companies were shortlisted across 21 different categories.
