Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) celebrated their official launch this week at Burlington House, the prestigious headquarters of the Royal Society of Chemistry, in London’s Piccadilly. This exclusive event saw Ricky Martin introduce HRS to guests from a multitude of companies across the Life Science and Technology industries. During the evening, Ricky was inducted as a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, which included the MD of Burlington House officially presenting Ricky with his certificate of membership in front of the audience. This further solidifies the relationship that Ricky and the HRS team have with the Science industry.

Guests were present from the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, FMCG and CRO sectors to be there for an evening which aimed at demonstrating the vision of HRS to become a major player within the Science and Technology recruitment industry. The ambience at the Royal Society of Chemistry offered guests a Science based feel throughout the night, which included food and drink served from test tubes and pipettes.

As part of the event, Lord Alan Sugar took to the stage to answer questions from senior figures within the Life Science industry. Questions were focused around business and Lord Sugar’s career.

Following the event Ricky Martin provided a comment on his thoughts for the evening and the future of HRS:
“Firstly I would like to thank everybody who attending the launch evening and all suppliers who helped me to make it a reality. The evening I feel was a great success as it brought together key individuals from the Science & Life Science communities to share ideas and thoughts. I am incredibly passionate about science and raising the standards in recruitment so to share this message with everybody was a real blessing. I look forward to the future of HRS and again I would like to thank everybody who made the company a reality”

Hyper Recruitment solutions (HRS) are proud to announce that they are now a member of the One Nucleus membership organisation who is a leader in the Life Science and Healthcare communities.

One Nucleus’ mission falls very closely alongside HRS’ which is why it makes perfect sense for the two organisations to be in partnership with one another. HRS has commented to say that they hope the partnership will be very long lasting and exciting. As a company who provide specialist science jobs this could be an excellent platform to help HRS to retain scientific experts within the industry.

HRS’ Vision - Our vision is to provide recruitment solutions which will assist in the improvement and quality of life for all. We aim to provide a service to areas of actual need which have an impact on us all. In doing so HRS has a clear focus of further promoting and supporting the Science & Life Science sector whilst helping to retain key talent across the industry

One Nucleus’ Mission  - Our mission is to maximise the global competitiveness of our members. For our science and technology-based members, that means being global leaders in the research, development and commercialisation of healthcare innovations that radically improve the quality of people’s lives around the world.

A Comment from the Managing Director of HRS:

“I am happy to confirm that we have joined up with One Nucleus who I feel can help us to further our interest in being a leading name in the Science & Life Sciences Community. We are keen to not just be known as a recruitment supplier but to be a real part of the industry, which is something I am very passionate about. By being a One Nucleus member I feel we will be able to extend our message and share thoughts and ideas with many other likeminded companies. Ultimately I feel One Nucleus can help us with our company vision which interestingly is very similar to their own mission statement” Ricky Martin, BSc (Hons), MRSC, CertRP, MIRP

On Wednesday 10th October at 10:00 Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) are participating in an online chemical sciences event run by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) - Chem Careers 2012. This is an event focused on showing people the different career options on offer regardless of what stage in your career you are at. Ricky Martin (Managing Director of HRS) will be available from 10:00 during the RSC's live chat session where three employers are asked the question by participants of the event - How do I get in the door?

As somebody who is a member of the RSC, experience in recruiting across this field for many years and now a business owner himself, Ricky is the ideal person from HRS to do so. Interesting he also exhibited at 3 of the live Chem Careers events at Birmingham's NEC from 2006 - 2009. So he knows the event well and the topic of conversation in detail.

So whether you are interested in finding our how to stand out, where to go to find your perfect job in science or what applications a scientist can look at with their career. This is a perfect chance to ask somebody who knows the field well and is fully behind supporting scientists in their career options.

Hi All,

I am happy to confirm that on behalf of Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) I will be in attendance at the 9th Annual bioProcessUK Conference. This is based around the theme “Accelerating Novel Therapies” and will be on November 28th - 29th in Bristol, UK.

As a part of our companies commitment to promoting and supporting the Science & Life Science communities we intend to regularly be present at a number of the EU's major events.  In my opinion this is one which cannot be missed.

From consulting closely with some of the industries top blue chip and SMEs in the field of Bioprocessing I feel that HRS can add value during such conferences. And in return we can ensure our specific industry knowledge of the market is as up to date as possible. HRS offers subject matter experts to all who we recruit for and this is a great example of the lenghts we go to, to ensure this is the case.

This event programme is made up of keynote presentations, four technical workshops and a networking conference dinner. The key aspects are:

  • Building capacity in bioprocessing in the UK
  • Bioprocessing Research Industry Club (BRIC) as a successful vehicle for delivery of cutting edge research
  • How companies drive innovation to improve their global competitiveness
  • Technical workshops focusing on aspects of biopharmaceutical development and manufacture
  • Case studies on strategic collaboration resulting in successful innovation

For those interested in finding our more about the event then I would encourage you to visit www.bioprocessuk.org

I very much look forward to meeting key parties from the Bioprocess communicty during this event.

Kind regards

Ricky
